We made a quiche for dinner on Friday night just with what was left over in the fridge....I wonder if quiche is to the French what paella is to the spanish (where they just put leftover ingredients from various meals into a new meal). Although I didn't make a homemade crust...pulled a frozen whole wheat pie crust and worked pretty well! -Rania
